The property was listed as being in Piran. It was far from there in an area without retail or dining. It was listed as having a pool. There was no pool. There are 2 buildings. We were placed at one without a reception area and we had to walk to the other building for breakfast and to check in and out. Our room was very bleak - without decor. It resembled a college dorm room. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Terme Hotel is just being renovated, still our room or the outside of the building still look old. The facilities in the room are basic and the bath room quite small, but all in all fine and very clean. Food options in the hotel are rather medium and dinner at the hotel quite late - and there aren't many options around, except for Restaurant Pinija which is in walking distance and really great. All in all for the stay a 4/5.

Our room was large, clean and comfy with good AC and a nice bathroom. The pool and pool bar were excellent and the staff at the pool were attentive. The hotel is in the marina yacht club and near to bars and restaurants in Portoroz. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice and very friendly staff. The journey to Piran is only about 15 minutes by taxi and there is a local bus. Overall a pleasant stay and we would stay here again.
