Brand new property, free onsite parking, superb helpful and welcoming staff, very good amenities, very fast internet, average sized room to Japanese standard, sumptuous breakfast, enough varieties for Vegans and Vegetarians. Value for money hotel.

廁所實在太細了!!!本人只有155cm高，每次去廁所站起來都幾乎撞牆，因為馬桶和牆的距離好近好近!!! 實在好難想像西方人如何使用如此細了的廁所，還有踏出廁所的一級異常的高，之後再住其他Comfort同樣遇到這問題，應該不會再選擇Comfort的酒店了!!!

3泊お世話になりました。 いつも利用しているホテルの予約が取れず、やむなく滞在しましたが、立地を含め日を追うごとに「有りかも」と思えました。 部屋は清潔、ベッドとテーブルの間隔が少し広く、ほんの少しの差とはいえ、気持ち良く過ごせました。 朝食が汁物やスムージー以外三日間ほぼ同じだったので、もう少し変化があっても良いかなぁ。 スタッフの皆様の対応も良かったです。 ありがとうございました。

朝食は普通。東北のビジネスホテルの中ではかなり低レベル。スタッフは概ね優しかったが1点、レンタルサイクルに惹かれて選んだにもかかわらず、スタッフに聞いたところ「もうやっていません」と言われ、「Hotels.comにはやっている様に載ってましたけど」と言うと「それ古いんです」としか言われなかったのは残念な対応だった。こちらとしてはそこがポイントだったのになと思った。
