An sich ein nettes kleines Bungalow von 10 x 10 Metern, an dem allerdings noch einiges zu tun ist, insbesondere an der Fassade. Der Wohn-/Küchenbereich ist sehr komfortabel und geräumig, auch weil er um etwa 2 Meter erweitert wurde. Es gibt einen schönen hohen Küchentisch und eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Das kleine Badezimmer ist ebenfalls in Ordnung, allerdings mit einer etwas ungewöhnlichen Dusche (ich glaube, es ist eine griechische), bei der das Wasser herausspritzt, anstatt von einem Duschkopf geleitet zu werden. Die separate Handbrause funktionierte nicht. Die Toilette spült nicht richtig, sodass man dreimal spülen muss. Dies scheint ein seit Jahren bekanntes Problem zu sein, wahrscheinlich aufgrund einer Verstopfung im Abflussrohr. Der Handtuchheizkörper ist stark verrostet. Es gibt zwei kleine Schlafzimmer mit relativ neuen Betten (Imitat-Lattenroste ohne Federn) und steinharten Matratzen. Wir haben die Matratzen aus dem anderen Schlafzimmer darunter gestapelt, sodass es einigermaßen bequem war, aber das hängt natürlich von den eigenen Vorlieben ab. Schöne Schiebetüren nach Süden; wenn die Sonne scheint, es aber noch etwas kühl ist, kann man drinnen in der Sonne sitzen. Die Sauna im Gartenhäuschen ist wunderschön (neben dem sich Gartengeräte und Gerümpel stapeln). Allerdings gibt es an der Außenfassade noch einiges zu tun. Rund ums Haus verläuft ein kleiner Graben von 15–20 cm Tiefe und ca. 30 cm Breite, der noch zugeschüttet werden muss; man kann leicht darüber stolpern. Die Fugen sehen schrecklich aus. Außerdem muss man etwa 60 Meter über eine kleine Rasenfläche laufen, um zum Haus zu gelangen, daher kann man nicht direkt daneben parken. Ein flacher Gepäckwagen wäre daher sehr praktisch, da er das sechsmalige Hin- und Herlaufen zum Be- und Entladen erspart. Erfreulicherweise gibt es ausreichend Parkplätze mit zwei Ladestationen für Elektrofahrzeuge. Es ist herrlich ruhig in dem kleinen Park, und die Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge nach Vlissingen, Goes, Veere, Zierikzee, Middelburg und natürlich zum Strand, der etwa 20 Autominuten entfernt ist. Kurz gesagt, eine tolle Unterkunft, allerdings mit einigen Kritikpunkten, die der Eigentümer meiner Meinung nach leicht beheben oder verbessern kann, um den Mietpreis besser zu rechtfertigen. Sobald dies geschehen ist, kann der Eigentümer besonders stolz auf sein Ferienhaus sein, und die Gäste werden noch zufriedener sein!

Nachts war es sehr dunkel, vom Parkplatz zur Unterkunft zu gelangen; man musste ein Stück über die Wiese laufen. Man musste die Unterkunft auch etwas suchen. Zum Glück wartete der Besitzer schon auf uns. Im Sommer ist es draußen bestimmt sehr schön, mit Grill, Feuerstelle, zwei Sitzgruppen und einer Außensauna. Das Grundstück ist außerdem eingezäunt, ideal also, wenn man einen Hund mitbringt. Der Besitzer ist auch sehr freundlich.

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend und ist in einem sehr guten, renovierten Zustand. Dem Garten fehlt noch ein wenig, aber ist für Hunde sehr gut geeignet. Viele Möglichkeiten im Garten zu sein und der Sonne zu folgen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Parkplatz nur 20 m entfernt. Zugang zum Häuschen über Rasenfläche. Leider bei Nässe etwas ungünstig, da es kein gepflasterten oder Weg gibt. Aber als Hundebesitzer super und empfehlenswert! Rundherum eingezäunt, keine Teppiche im Haus also klasse zum sauber halten. Einrichtung top und eine einladende Küche mit allen Utensilien, die man so braucht. Wir kommen wieder.
