"Excellent low key hotel which has been well maintained from I guess the 70s? Refreshing to stay somewhere with classic character that has not been cheaply renovated like a lot of places these days. Close to everywhere (but just far away enough to be quiet) on a street with nice big trees offering shade outside. Very clean, staff friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was just right for the price. . Recommend."

"Swimming pool isn’t open until 10am, I didn’t want to use the pool but did want to sunbathe for 2hrs before checking out. I had to go to o e of the beach bars"

"Everything about Neptune was great, good sized suite for us and the kids, the staff were very friendly and the kids loved the pools and kids areas. We wish we’d booked for longer to make use of the other services, as we only stayed for 2 nights at end of our holiday as a treat, and would have been great to stay longer to enjoy the other activities and shows. Food could not be faulted, breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing with so much choice, and really enjoyed the Umami asian restaurant too. All in all a great end to our holiday to Kos!"

"Me and a friend of mine stayed here for 4 nights in August. I was a little hesitant to stay here given the reviews but honestly these do not reflect our experiences. Is it a 5-star hotel, no. But as someone who has been to Greece probably 20 times and therefore stayed at countless hotels, I thought this was very good. I honestly do not know what the negative reviewers were expecting, because a hotel for this price in Greece reflected my experiences."

"The staff were excellent, very personal and kind. Went out of the way to be of help and offered the amenities and site facilities even after we checked out until we can board the ferry. Good food and sensible price for drinks. Lovely place and would go back there again."

"Once again GRECOTEL pleasantly surprised us and made our vacation unforgettable as always The staff was very willing and immediately to serve us in every wish Stavros the manager the staff at the reception (Dimitris etc.) in the restaurant (Irini etc.) in the bar (Maria etc.) all of them impeccable and with a smile on their faces The cleanliness of the rooms at a high level as always The only negative is the return of the bath towel to the reception to give you a clean one. I think something has gone wrong here. Why not leave my used towel as usual at the kiosk and receive a fresh one the next day? Everything else as I said perfect Thank you for your hospitality"
