Additional to a bedroom with double bed still a sleep sofa is available in the living room. The equipment is new, functionally and qualitatively valuable. The apartment is furnished with toaster, percolator, microwave with grill, 4 plate cooking, dish-washer, freezing compartment, tiled stove, etc.. Large southern-western-balcony with unobstructed look to the willows and forest. You will enjoy the sunset. The holiday apartments are located in a 2006/2007 new build country house with in total four apartments of different size with 2 or 3 rooms for 1-5 persons. The season 2007 is the first rental season. Because of that, the house and the furniture are completely new and valuably. The house is located in the northern part of village Koserow. From the terrace you have a look about the meadows and forest. About a tree existed dune way one reaches within less than 5 minutes to the fine-sandy beach (appr.200m) and to the Baltic Sea landing bridge of Koserow. From there excursion boats circulate during the season for example to the Isle of Ruegen. All purchasing facilities, the local centre, bike rental are nearby (appr. 300m). Distance to playground: appr.100m. To each apartment belongs a lockable, cost free separate bike shed. Parking at the object is available. A roofed wicker beach chair can be reserved upon request. With pleasure we shop for you also before the journey.
