  • The house Usedom is located in the Baltic Sea Koserow near the Baltic Sea coast, only 350m from the beach.

    The resort has been renovated in 2019 including the redesign of the outdoor area and consists of 5 high quality holiday apartments.

    The apartment MeeresOase is located on the ground floor of the house and invites up to 4 people to spend their holidays there. The property has a spacious sunny terrace with complete patio furniture that invites you to linger.

    The modern living room has a fully equipped kitchen with a comfortable dining area and access to the terrace. Floor-deep window elements ensure a friendly indoor climate. The cozy bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box spring bed. It promises a very special feel-good experience. The other sleeping facilities are located in the living-dining area on a sofa bed. The bathroom is adjoined to the bedroom with a shower.

    The apartment invites especially families and holiday guests who want to spend an exclusive Baltic Sea holiday.

    A parking space is located directly at the house.

Eine wirklich schöne, saubere Wohnung mit kleinem Garten ohne Einsicht von draußen. Für Hundehalter ideal. Das Sofa ist sehr bequem. Wir waren nur zu zweit, Dafür ist die Größe ideal. Zur Seebrücke nur ein paar Minuten. Hundestrand gleich links daneben. Sehr schöne Unterstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder mit Stromanschluss. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig und trotzdem zentral.

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, eher für zwei als für vier Personen geeignet, aber wir waren ja auch nur zu zweit. Die ebenerdige Lage war für meinen gehbehinderten Ehemann ideal. Die Lage zum Strand war optimal. Auch die Ausstattung der Wohnung gefiel uns gut. Andere Kommentare hatten wir ja schon schriftlich auf dem Beurteilungsbogen hinterlassen. Gerne wieder!
