I've stayed at this hotel many times & the primary reason is the GREAT breakfast buffet. Althought the rooms tend to be on the smaller side, the breakfast makes you forget any downside of staying at this hotel! I'll be back next month!

The location is great 5-10 min walk to about 5 different train lines. Rooms are big for Tokyo and clean with free water daily.
