"Food was excellent, especially the breakfast buffet selections. Staff were friendly and courteous. However, the quality and the temperature of the onsen water was a bit disappointing; not hot enough for me at all. Luckily, they have a sauna in the facility. "

"Clean and spacious room. Nice view. Onsen a highlight. Lots of options for breakfast. Presentation of dinner was excellent/beautiful, however the fish was dry and the rice was at times mushy. My only real criticism was the unavoidable smell of cigarette smoke."
