It was a beautiful property in the heart of old town. Great access to many shops and restaurants. The room was very clean, had great amenities, and the interior was very authentic old town. It does get very loud at night, past 1am loud music continued. We were able to sleep anyways, but if you are a light sleeper be aware it goes on very late.

We took an apartment on the 3rd floor with a great view across the old town. The accommodation is linked to the team at the Patisserie/coffee shop below which makes a perfect croissant for the morning. Air Con was wonderful to cool down. Just make sure you don’t mind the street music and activity through to late as the area is buzzing with people for the high season. Recommend.

Wonderful location, great hosts, rooms lovely. Bathrooms very small. If you have average to long legs, you may need to sit side saddle on the toilet. But otherwise hotel was lovely. Bring ear plugs as the bar downstairs plays loud music until 1:00am. But this is typical in old town. Believe this will be the case at any old town hotel. And the location outweighs what can be resolved with ear plugs.

This property was great. The staff were friendly and helpful, it is situated in a cool old building and the location can't be beat- right in the heart of the old town. I would highly recommend this property to anyone travelling to Kotor and I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is situated right in the old town. Ideal spot for wandering around, and also trekking up the hill. The staff are very friendly. Even though they are not there all the time, they do give you a contact number. In our room the only let down was the shower head which wouldnt stay upright.

Excellent location in Old Town Kotor. Close to the north gate and an easy walk to stores, bus stops, and other attractions outside Old Town. We found it to be quiet at night as well. The apartment had everything we needed and everything worked. Cooking would be a challenge but we made good use of the fridge and hot water kettle.

This is a great location for exploring Kotor Old Town. The staff are really friendly, especially in the cafe (Patisserie by Wine House) below the apartments. Being apartments in the old town, means that space in bathrooms is limited. Some minor repairs need to be addressed. For example, the shower hose and bracket. However, in some strange way, this adds to the character of the place and did not affect our stay.

Staff was helpful and kind. Property is as it’s pictured. However the noise is way too more than tolerable. The place above the hotel has a party every night till 1 AM! It’s not just simply street noise, but the speaker is actually right under your window blasting on the fullest! I couldn’t find proper earplugs to block out the noise….

Horrible experience. There is a bar in the building that parties and plays extremely loud music until 1 a.m. Around midnight, I called the hotel’s phone number, and the music was so loud in my room that I could barely hear the person on the other end of the phone. I want to make it clear that I am not someone who normally complains about noise. I can sleep with noise, even with earplugs. But this was completely different. The bass was literally making my bed shake, people were screaming and dancing in the street. It honestly felt like my bed was inside the bar. I finally fell asleep around 3 a.m. and had to get up at 7 a.m. I deeply regret booking this place. What is most frustrating is that I was never informed before booking that there was a bar in the building or that there would be this level of noise. If I had known, I would never have booked it. This was so disrespectful to the guests. Absolutely horrible and extremely disappointing experience. I would never recommend this place. One of the bed sheet was dirty

The shower in my unit worked, but its a bit tired. Max was great, but if I owned this unit, I would rebuild that shower stall. Everything else was perfect, the bed is comfortable and the a/c worked. I would return again.

I travelled with my mom. Lovely room in a very old but still very comfortable beautiful old town building! Excellent location right in the middle of everything. Also a short walk to the beach and the shopping centre. Shower was hot and with a good pressure. Only complaints I’d have are with the toilet, as the seat wasn’t properly attached and the whole thing was very tightly placed, so any non normal weight person would have problems sitting down. Also the hand soap pump bottle was broken. Otherwise a great stay, would stay a few days again! Very friendly host.

Staff was responsive and friendly. I've whatsapp them to ask some questions and they were very helpful. The room is spacious and clean in general. Only two tiny issues, 1. the bedsheet has a stain. 2. the bathroom has quite a lot of mould. I love that there are lots of chairs, sofa and tables in the room and bathroom. Besides, the apartment also provides umbrellas. It rained during my stay and I didn't bring my own umbrella. The umbrella was useful. I'm really grateful that the staff makes every effort to make my travel experience smooth. Like other mentioned, it's in the heart of old town, next to many bars. So, if you love to have a drink, it's convenient. If not, the noise just stops at 1am sharp. So, it isn't that bad. What matter more is it seems that the aircon or pipe or whatever machine inside the room create some noises, not frequently, but it happened in the midnight. It didn't impact me much since I was too tired and could just sleep with the noise.
