  • Welcome to The Sea Side House — a beautifully renovated, semi-detached 18th-century stone home set directly on the waterfront of Kotor Bay. The part of the home shown in the listing photos is reserved exclusively for you, with your own private entrance, three levels of living space, and a spacious seafront terrace just above the water.

    Inside, the home is arranged across three floors for comfort and privacy.
    The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a cozy living corner.
    The first floor includes one bedroom and a separate bathroom.
    The top floor offers two additional bedrooms, a second bathroom, and a small utility cabinet with a washer, dryer, and extra towels prepared for your stay.

Beautiful bayside home

Beautiful, updated, clean home. The outdoor patio sits on the bay with amazing views of Kotor and the mountains.The owner met us at the home and introduced us to his property, very kind and helpful with information about the area.
