Koudiat Bni Dghough Holidays

A charming and pretty Riad with an okay room for an overall good stay. However, a few issues held it back: the window couldn't lock (security concern), water pressure was quite low, there was no complimentary tea or coffee, and the breakfast was poor.

Small riad located outside the medina. You need to be prepared to deal with staff who can be quite persistent in trying to sell extra services despite our refusals. We eventually booked and paid for an airport transfer through them. They had also offered us a takeaway breakfast, which we never received. We ended up without transportation in the middle of the night, having to figure things out ourselves, and they refused to issue a refund

The staff was good even if there was some difficulty to communicate(French to French). Room was okay, beds were not the most comfortable. Bathroom was discussing, the kitchen walls was white with black stains and the water from the shower was going all over the bathroom. We were not able to get toilet paper from the staff. It would be nice if the pool on the roof was having water in it.

An absolutely amazing and luxurious stay at Riad Wow! The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our experience special. They arranged private transportation to and from the airport, printed maps and recommendations to help us explore Marrakech, and even allowed us to return after checkout to change before heading out. Their hospitality and willingness to accommodate every request truly stood out. Our room was beautiful and spotless, and the restaurant and upstairs area were gorgeous, with delicious food. What makes this riad so special is its staff. They genuinely care about their guests and make you feel welcome from start to finish. We couldn’t recommend Riad Wow enough and would absolutely stay here again!
