The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The concierge helped us find a local restaurant that had excellent food at a reasonable price. They have a beautiful garden accessible from the second floor. I would highly recommend the hotel for a relaxing and peaceful stay.

Great location, right in the middle of busy Shinjuku with an abundance of restaurants, bars and shops. The hotel is beautiful with a good range of amenities in the room e.g. toiletries, slippers, pyjamas. The rooms are extremely small so we had to upgrade to fit 2 pieces of luggage in!
