Nice hotel, clean room, good location

I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped foot in the hotel, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service that lasted throughout my entire stay. The location of the aparthotel is simply perfect. Situated in the heart of Gdansk, it offers easy access to all the major attractions, vibrant shopping areas, and delicious dining options. Whether I wanted to explore the historic Old Town or enjoy a leisurely stroll along the picturesque waterfront, everything was just a stone's throw away. The rooms at the aparthotel were spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail and the thoughtfulness that went into the design. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. The well-equipped kitchenette provided me with the convenience of preparing my own meals, which was a bonus for longer stays. The staff at the aparthotel were phenomenal. They were always available, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. They provided me with invaluable local insights and recommendations, making my trip even more memorable. Their professionalism and genuine care for their guests truly stood out. I am already looking forward to my next visit!

The beds was horrible, we changed hotel

The B&B is in a good location, opposite Oliwa Park, which is well worth a visit. Our stay started badly as there was no reception and a code was required to get in. I double checked my messages but had not received one, so had to phone to ask and a code was then sent by text message. The room was fine and clean, with some nice paintings of the park on the wall. There was no TV however. There was a slight background buzz of ventilation, but not a problem. The electric sockets were not close enough to the bed to plug a phone in and use it while charging. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. The bathroom was okay, although only one toilet roll was provided. Unfortunately the drainage in the shower wasn't working well, and the water overflowed onto the floor and made some clothes wet we had left there. We cleaned it up using the towels to dry it out. Along the corridor there was a kitchenette at one end and a seating area at the other end (again, no TV) for guests to use, which is good. Breakfast was provided at the Jak Sie Masz? Bistro next door, and some photos in the listing are of that. One breakfast and one drink were included, and we found those to be very tasty. So a bit of a mixed stay overall. We did get it for a good price.

Très bon rapport qualité prix, très propre, les instructions étaient clair et si besoin les gens du resto peuvent vous aidez, ils sont très gentils. un peu loin du centre-ville, mais ce n'est pas tragique, ce qu'il l'est, c'est le transport en commun à Gdansk, le pire que nous avons vu en Pologne, très compliqué. À 20 min. de l'hotel quelques bons restos. Le Stationnement de l'hôtel est gratuit et simple. Idéalement avoir un auto est préférable pour visiter autre que la vieille partie de la ville qui est magnifique.
