Modern, 7 bedroom all-season cabin on Lake Koocanusa

"We had a great time at this Cabin over looking Koocanusa lake. We were a very large group but there was plenty of room for everyone. There is a lot to do in the area for kids to adults if you're willing to drive short distances for golf/rafting/boating/wibit etc. Rose was very communicative and a big help with any questions we had. AMAZING

"This property is absolutely beautiful!! The pictures posted does not do it justice. We stayed with our family of 8 and had an incredible time. The house is fully stocked with everything you need.. all you need to pack is clothes and food. Condiments, spices, housewares.. everything was supplied and more!! There is plenty of room for everyone. The rooms are set up great for kids, with bunkbeds and extra beds in some rooms so they were able to all stay together if they wanted too. We had so much fun fishing off the dock and also using the canoe/kayaks/peddle boat that were supplied to fish on the lake as well. Tons of fish were caught!! We were able to dock our boat at the private dock which made it super easy to hop in the boat and go. The home is cozy and beautifully decorated. The owner Tom was amazing to deal with. He was very responsive and answered all my questions leading up to our stay, as well as during our stay when I had any questions. If you are second guessing your stay, just do it.. it’s worth it!! I will mention, there is no tvs in the house, which was a surprise to us. But all 6 kids did not miss having a tv. There is so much to do and supplied by the owner that they kept busy for the 6 days we were there. Our family loved our stay, and created core memories we will never forget!! Thank you Tom for sharing your home with us, and we are looking forward to our next stay!!"

Extended family - long weekend - get away

"Our long weekend stay simply wasn’t enough time to fully enjoy the property with its amenities and location. Our extended family ranging from a 4 year-old to a 76 year-old all enjoyed the house and location. The house was very well stocked with usual kitchen tools and items needed to cook and care for a large family. The listing was accurately represented on the website and we found no discrepancies of any concern. For larger families note that the fridge and freezer are relatively small and plan accordingly, local shopping options exist. The hot tub was ready to go on our arrival and the BBQ worked well. Lake access for the family was a lot of fun and the kids enjoyed swimming off the dock and having the ‘seaweed’ tickle their feet. Bringing some water toys is highly recommended. Diana, property manager from Fernie Central Reservations, was very helpful during our stay. Beautiful home, great location. Helpful manager. This was a wonderful home to stay in."
