No indoor/designated parking for guest staying for more than 5 days. There’s a damp smell in the bathroom. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Great location.

This hotel is brand new and has a lovely design in chique swimming pool style. The design looks very durable. Rooms are very spacious and beautiful, the bed one of the best we’ve had in a hotel! The spa is wonderful with a heated rooftop pool and different saunas. Very neat. Breakfast was super fresh with lots of choice. Located in the middle of Bad Gastein, so within 5 minutes of walking you have numerous dining options. 5 min drive from the ski slopes as well. Would definitely recommend and come back!

We loved our stay here. Everything was perfect. We had the beautiful apartment on the top floor with an enormous balcony. The views were stupendous. There is such a feeling of huge space and beauty there. The people that run the place, Andrea and Hubert, were so helpful and friendly all the time. ...
