Dear Sir, Thank you very much for taking the time to write a review about your recent stay with us. Please allow me to refer to your comments - I hope I will be able to clarify some of your doubts. It is true that there was no air-conditioning remote in your room. The weather in Krakow by this time was not very hot, and there was not a lot of interest in the air conditioning, therefore we were simply offering them on request. However I would like to thank you for pointing that out, because of course we agree with your suggestion, and we have taken it into consideration. We have made sure all of our rooms are now equipped with air-conditioning remotes. I am very sorry that we were not able to come to an agreement on the price. However, I have double-checked the prices that we have offered and I believe that our offer was very fair. It was our best rate on this day, with a special discount for direct bookings and it was a very attractive rate, better than the rate you had a day before. Moreover, the next day we changed the rates and offered you an even better price. We always do our best to make our guests happy, and that is exactly what we were trying to do here - negotiate to give you the best possible rate and have the pleasure of hosting you for one more night. I genuinely think that it was a nice offer, and I am very sorry that you were not satisfied with it. Nevertheless, we are thankful for staying with us and for the review. I hope that the other location you have moved to made your stay pleasant, but at the same time I am still hoping to have a chance to host you again in the future - I promise we will make all efforts to convince you to give us another chance :) With best regards Sabina Dziedzic

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your review after stay with us. We are sorry to hear about wifi and the minifridge - have you spoken to the front desk about it? I am sure that once we've had such information from you we would have tried to do everything to change it. We haven't had any complains about wifi, it always works in all of our rooms and common areas. As per breakfast please be advised that we have two options: reservation with breakfast or without. Even if you book a room without breakfast there is a possibility to buy it at the front desk. Once again I would like to assure you, that our staff is always trying their best to make every Guest's stay unforgettable - as I see you have also noticed that the staff was pleasant. If you have a chance to see us next time please remember to contact the reception about anything - they will always do everything to help :) We are looking forward to host you again in futue. Thank you for reviewing your stay with us. Due the renovation of neighboring Karmelicka Street, the traffic has been reorganized frequently. The situation may confuse drivers and occurs traffic jams. Unfortunately decisions are taken by City Hall. Garbarska Street on which we are located is a temporary dead end but it is accessible for everyone. Renovation works are to be completed within the next few days.
