Good location , helpful staff,but air conditioner wasn’t working and they knew about it but they werent going to repair it. I was told that I couldnt be certain of getting another room as many guest were due in. It was too much of a hassle and I decided to live with it. Staff otherwise helpful though I would say if you don’t like the stairs avoider. They put me on the 3rd floor and there were 7 flights up to the floor

The room was lovely with plenty of space. My room faced the street, so there was often the sound of trams passing by. The included breakfast offers a wide variety of food options. Location is ideal, with easy access to multiple tram lines, short walk to train station and Old Town across the street. The only negative for me was that the restaurant and lobby were in the Hotel Polonia next door, so you had to go outside to get to them. There are no elevators.

Don't stay -- Noisy room at main street with trams
This place is located on a very noisy street, which is the main street with trams. When I asked to change the room, they replied to me immediately that all rooms are occupied without even check the computer. This is ridiculous, because I checked in at 1pm and asked to change the room at 1:30pm, how they know that all rooms are occupied when it was 1:30pm? For example, the room #3 (same standard, quiet room, facing the backyard) is empty during my stay. So definitely they lied to me. I kept all the videos for the facts I stated here.

I liked Aparthotel because it is a building of old city Krakow. It does not have elevators but staff helps you take your luggage up or down at checkout.

Not a hotel! No reception at all, in an old building, no people there, feel very terror and unsafe, we moved out and booked a new room in another hotel.

Nice and clean. Great breakfast. Bed was old and uncomfortable - rugs on the floor were old and in need of cleaning. Bathroom was new and renovated and a good specification.

Firstly, the hotel isn't even a hotel. It's attached to the hotel next door which nobody says anywhere. So we had to walk down to the other hotel to check in. The staff was extremely rude and we even waited until the next morning in the hopes of another staff member in order to ask a question. We then had to walk back through rain to get to our room and walk up stairs (which would be nice to know it isn't cripple friendly). The heater was leaking water and the carpet was very wet which wasn't nice. We told the staff who came and "fixed it" by simply telling us, leave it on full heat and it won't leak and to open the window (which is right next to a busy tram stop making a LOT of noise all night... The hotel AND apartments were empty, they could've moved us. Breakfast was quite pathetic, you could tell they simply saved everything until it got eaten, even the hard boiled eggs had started going bad and smelly.

Perfect for my needs
Check in was great and all staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful and easy to communicate with.Internet was a bit spotty at times. Shower was amazing and bed extremely comfortable. Great location close to train station and at outer edge of old town, so picking up a car rental and then getting my bags from the hotel was a breeze.

Upon arrivial the hotel and staff made a very good impression. Everything was neat and clean and it was building up to be a very good experience. However the next morning problems began. First of all the breakfast, although the food was good, there was not enough space to house all the guests. We had to awkwardly walk around the dining room in the end awkwardly share a table with another couple. Also the check out time, we got emailed by expedia that our check out time is 2pm. However just before 2 we had staff bang on our door and ask us why we haven’t checked out yet. Apprently the check out time was at 12pm. Overall the hotel was okey, nothing to scream and shout about, but it did it’s job.

Very close to old town so easy to get around
Lovely old building, although no lift and we were on the top floor -90 stairs... we counted them ! No reception area just your own fob to get in the building which we liked- felt more like an individual apartment. Breakfast at hotel next door which was lovely , and replenished regularly. Room was quirky and good sized but a few problems- curtains didn't close, toilet door didn't close properly so we got used to having the music channel on loudly, but most importantly - no fridge-- tea making facilities but nowhere to store the milk.. Only complaint would be the lack of a fridge - all others fine as out most of the time, but need a cup of tea in the morning!! Would definitely stay there again No use for elderly or disabled due to no lift.

Decent hotel
was really nice room, but on the top floor without a lift.. Not fun in 32c weather! HOWEVER, the free breakfast is surprisingly good!

The room was large, comfortable, a little dated, and on a bust street. some the busy street noise would get in the room if you think you were going to sleep in. the best things about it were the closeness to city center and the railway station.

It is more an appartment than a hotel room. You don't get your room clean everytday. Even do it is a great option to visit the beatiful city of Krakow. he breakfast is good too. I would deftnly recomend this accomodation.

Wifi was excellent. English speaking staff helpful and keen to help me plan days out. Room was clean, big and bed comfortable. Location is great - close to train station and sopping as well as walking distance to old town area

Lovely place to stay.
The apartment was right near the old square, 2 minutes from the new town too. All stations within a 10 minute walking distance. Tourist info centre across the road. The hotel served lovely food at brilliant prices. Was meant to be there for 3 nights but extended my stay to 5 nights. All staff were very polite. Overall a brilliant place to stay and exceptional value for money.

What a find
What a find - but I doubt if for long. This property is at the least 'managed' and I would guess soon to be part of - the hotel next door. It is currently being renovated so one must walk through old decore hallways to reach the up-scale renovated rooms. Once the renovation is complete, I would guess the stars and price of these rooms will rise significantly - so grab one quick! One doesn't get this quality at these prices very often.

Great rooms in a great location but with a very busy tram interchange just outside the windows. It was either very noisy with the windows open or very hot (with no air conditioning) with the windows closed. Difficult to sleep in that environment.

Surprisingly elegant
We were delighted when we entered our room - instead of the budget comfort we thought we were getting, it looked more like a middle class family's guest bedroom... All white sheets and dark wooden furniture. The staff are rather absent, I hardly spoke to anyone the whole time, but that suited us fine. Worth noting there are no free toiletries and the double bed is just two beds pushed together, so spooning is a little uncomfortable :) Extremely clean though and FANTASTIC location, just round the corner from the bus and train station. Perfect for an affordable romantic stay in Krakow.

Good location close to rail and bus stations. Very nice, comfortable, large rooms. Double rooms are at the front of the building on a busy road; there was some noise but this was not a big problem as there is double glazing. Service at reception was good.

The guest rooms were very simple but well worth the price paid. It was a very simple room with bed, desk and bathroom. There were towels but no toiletries. Overall the spaces was extremely clean and comfortable, definitely a good value. The location is great and only a very short walk to the main square. One warning is that this hotel is at a very busy corner so there is a lot of traffic and tram noisy during normal hours. Definitely recommend this place for people looking for a simple place to stay.

We spent 3 days here and were very happy with our stay. We would definitely stay here again. The room was large and beautiful and very clean. Mostly it was quiet although the first morning they started doing some construction on the hotel at 7am. That was a bit early. The only other glitch was the spotty internet in the room. The hotel staff is not helpful at all but as long as you don't have to deal with them, the room itself was great. It's a very short walk to the main square. We were able to get back and forth to our room easily when we needed to. The parking was secure and safe. We parked and didn't take our car out at all while we were there. If close, comfortable and clean are your priorities, than this is all that and more.

Good: The location of the hotel was perfect for visiting Krakow Old Town and access from the airport by train. Very much the reason we picked the hotel. Good breakfast next door. Bad: But we were NOT happy with the room or the beds! Both mattresses was quite worn and had a concave shape were the springs and the bed boards could be felt - that is where I didn’t fall between the bed boards… So our necks and backs and hips did not have a good holiday. We also had a room overlooking a busy street with trams and emergency vehicles making noise throughout the night, and a lack of sleep and good rest affected the whole trip. Recommendation: New mattresses should be prioritized in the hotel budget, and soundproofing glass on the rooms overlooking the street would have been nice.
