Everything was OK except of an airport shuttle service. Although it was featured in the hotel information as well as on their website no airport shuttle was available during my stay.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry for the inconvenience expirenced. When it comes to the airport shuttle, we are currently working on it, trying to bring it back. At the moment we can provide you with a taxi ride to the airport. We look forward to your next stay.

Staff are professional, polite and helpful. Breakfasts are very good with variety. We stayed in a four person room which is a great option for families. There is no air conditioning, so if it is hot/humid, it can be uncomfortable. Also, the tap in our bathroom could be upgraded (less than full flow), but the shower was great. It is close to a major road, so you will hear some traffic. We also had dinner at their restaurant, very good, but if you prefer less salty, let them know in advance.

I would give it a five star but we were staying there at the hottest day of summer on the top floor so it was hard to sleep without AC. But we will definitely go back and stay there again, especially in a cooker season. Location is great, few minutes away from the Balice airport, and about 23 minutes to the town center. Staff was nice and accommodating. We asked for second fan and they brought it to us. Overall great experience.

The hotel does not have a lift and it has 2 floors but the guy did offer to take my luggage upstairs if needed but I said I can take it myself. The shuttle buses is not there, first they said the driver doesn’t work at night; then I needed to go to airport at 11am and they booked me a taxi instead of shuttle bus. I would not recommend just because of shuttle bus situation when they advertise that they offer shuttle bus and in reality they don’t. That was one of the main reason I booked the hotel to avoid the hassle of taxi or transport

I would give them 5 stars if there was AC in the rooms . We had a room on the third floor and it was very hot inside . A little fan helped to circulate an air and luckily the nights were much cooler so we could sleep semi comfortably.

I always stay here while in town. This is the first time I had an issue. My door was broken and would not lock. I had only a fan. Maybe this is only a problem in the single rooms as I have never had this issue in the double rooms.

I just stayed one night because I had a very early morning flight. I asked for a 4AM taxi and it was waiting for me in the morning. A snowstorm had hit that day and it was dark when I stayed there but I would definately stay there again.

I love this hotel. The staff were so helpful. the decor is authentically old but lovely. The rooms are a little small to an American eye but are comfortable. The restaurant food was excellent and felt home cooked. I really like this place. It doesn't feel like a big chain but has all we need.

Close to Kracow airport, slightly difficult to locate but once there it’s great. No elevator but staff will take your bags, very good restaurant and comfortable rooms. Highly recommended.

Needs some updates
The mattress was lumpy and soft. I slept on the other side of the bed (farthest from the bathroom and door) because it was firmer and not as used. The fridge did not even cool things. The shower had doors that ran on a track to close and one side had come off track the first time I used it. I could not make it work and let them know. This hotel was clean and friendly. I would say it is a great value but not considering the price, it was disappointing.

Good little hotel in the outskirts of the city. If you need quick access to motorways or airport it is almost ideal. Rooms are really spacious. Breakfast is nice and cheaper to book it at the hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful

The hotel's phone number in my booking is not correct. Somebody very rude answered the phone and asked me to find the right one in the hotel website. I booked this hotel because it says they have transportation to the airport, this is false, they just offer to request an uber.

Delightful Hotel

z dala od gwaru miasta
Wygodny pokój 4-osobowy. Bardzo smaczne śniadania i obiady. Bardzo miła obsługa. W spokojnej okolicy, ale blisko węzła komunikacyjnego, więc łatwo podjechać do Krakowa czy na Jurę (mając swój samochód).

Bardzo przyjemny hotel blisko zjazdu z autostrady, duży bezpłatny parking na terenie obiektu bardzo ułatwia sprawę gdyż nie trzeba szukać miejsca do zaparkowania - cicho i czysto
