The apartment is well located and spacious. Has everything you need for a city break. The only thing that could be improved is the pillows, which are very small.

Great location, five minute walk from the railway station and ten minute walk to the main square in the old town. Spacious and clean apartment with all the facilities you could need.

Loved it

I absolutely LOVED our stay at Fresh Apartments. The location is perfect, close to Old Town Krakow with lots of public transport to go to other places as well. I loved that it was near a shopping mall too! The apartment was very clean, spacious and well equipped and the customer service was great also. I did not enjoy that the bed was on the floor but it wasn't a deal breaker. I give it 4 stars because the internet was terrible so that could be improved.

Was all that we required as we ate out for breakfast/dinner in the local old town. One thing that I would mark down for is the regular trains which seemed to pass every 5 mins but that’s only the location. The apartment was clean and Simon who booked us in was very knowledgable about the local area and he was very helpful. Great that they organise your trips to auchwitz etc and our transfers to the airport, I would stay again but would request a street apartment due to the train noise.

The apartment was extremely noisy, making it almost impossible to sleep. The receptionist suggested moving to a quieter studio that was available, but the manager said it was not possible.

Very nice and clean in our apartment,friendly staff and locatuon is spot on near to things you would want to see. How we saw the apartment is how i left it when we left,clean and tidy and also stripped the bedding before i left and emptied the bins and hoovered n cleand.

Great place to stay in Kraków! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location is ideal—close to a shopping centre, grocery stores, and the train station, plus just a short walk to the city centre. Super convenient and a perfect base for exploring the city.

Bra boende, relativt bekvämt, men lite lågt i tak för maken på sovloftet (där dubbelsängen var) då han är 1,95 cm. Inte jättemodernt, men allt fungerade och var funktionellt! Läget var toppen! Kan varmt rekommendera.

Little adjustment would have been 5 Stars

The apartments were in a fantastic location. Amenities were very good with everything we needed including an iron, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, washing machine, fan and plenty of crockery and utensils. Check in and out was flawless. Apartment was very quiet the only downside was the curtains which were too short and thin meaning early morning light meant sleep was difficult beyond 4am in the main living area.

I'd find another option

Old property. Up two flights of stairs so hopeless for someone on a walking stick as i am. There is a light but no one told me about it and i tripped in the dark and waa lucky to escape injury on the second day. Beds were like sleeping on hardboard. I ended up sleeping the whole trip on the couch. Shower was even worse. Was blocked when we got there and temperature gauge was inconsistent throughout our stay. The staff running the front office were nice but that, plus its location, were about the only good points.

Rommet var fantastisk fint, og renholdet var supert, men det var veldig lytt så det ble mye bråk. Sengen var ikke king size, sofaen var veldig ukomfortabel men med mange puter ble det ok. Nært gamlebyen og galleria. Vi fikk ikke sen utsjekk, noe som trakk ned

We spent 3 nights in number 4 and were pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious and comfortable. Our 17 year old granddaughter loved her loft bedroom space which gave her privacy and ability to sleep in without being disturbed. Basic kitchen where a toaster would have been a helpful addition. The main square was very close and whole city is wonderful. Thank you Fresh we had a great time!

Centralt och bra läge

En liten och nätt lägenhet med bra läge.Trevlig personal när man checkade in och lätt att checka ut med själv-utcheckning. Liten supermarket runt hörnet och shoppingcenter enbart några 100 meter bort. Tog oss enkelt ner till centrum.

Boende nära Krakow tågstation och Gamla stan

Boende med gångavstånd till tågstationen Krakow Glowny och Gamla stan. Bra storlek på lägenheten med en dubbelsäng och en loftsäng, där 4 personer fick plats utan problem. Tillräckligt med utrustning i köket och ok städat när vi kom. Aircondition saknades, vilket hade behövts för det blev väldigt varmt i lägenheten. En golvfläkt fanns, men gav inte mycket cirkulation. Sängarna för hårda i vårt tycke och boendet var väldigt lyhört. Trevlig och tillmötesgående personal.
