We were placed on the 5th floor. Every night we struggled to sleep as something up on the roof (or inside the walls/pipes) kept banging and clicking. As soon as you were falling asleep, the banging noise would wake you up. The bedding was poor quality. The duvet was very thin (especially for the February weather) and the pillows gave no support. We ended up asking for extra pillows as it was uncomfortable to sleep on them. The cleanliness of the bathroom was very good, however the toaels

Worth a visit.
Staff couldn't do enough to help. Very friendly and efficient in a professional way. Id recommend this hotel if you wish to visit the arena.

Nights stay near the airport
We stayed here overnight on our way to zacopane because we had the children with us. We found everything fine for our purpose had a snack in the bar in the evening and breakfast the next day both were good

We ended in a room for disabled, and the bed was hard. Fully booked so unable to change rooms. I didn't really think that that was what I had booked. Some of the staff were incredibly helpful, others not so much.

Miles away from the town centre unless getting a taxi or tram.. One of the receptionists didnt have a clue what i was on about anytime i spoke to her.. Queen beed is not a queen bed.. Is just a double bed.. Rooms clean.. Breakfast good but sometimes food is cold..

Came for Impact Festival (AIC and TOOL concert!) at the Tauron Arena, which is 5-minutes walk from the hotel. Stayed for two nights. Easy travel to the city center by Tram from the hotel. Please note thta the mall in front of the hotel (the PLAZA) is deserted. Very easy to locate the hotel, super quite and friendly staff. WiFi was super slow during our entire stay and Breakfast was average. The room was great - Awesome shower!

Best hotel for someone who's coming for concert at Tauron Arena. It's just 5 minutes away. My room was bigger than I expected and really quiet. I cant say bad word. Breakfast was good with fair selection of food.

HHonors member. Apparently I cannot collect points because my booking was made via Expedia. Fine, I'll go and be a 'loyal' customer and get rewards elsewhere. Yes - this might be Hilton policy, but it is short sighted. I really don't care how I've paid, I've paid and would expect to be rewarded for using Hilton hotels.
