Could not fault theses apartments, our apartment was very spacious, large bathroom and very clean, cleaner comes in every day , staff very friendly and helpful, only faults are , stairs , we were in room no 17 , which was right up the top , no lift , the internet didn't work in our room ( maybe because we were up the top , as it worked in the reception area ) and we had trouble finding the apartments, but this probably was because the taxi dropped us at the wrong apartments , also no milk with the tea marking facilities, but other than that very good apartments

The room was small and dingy. I felt that it was a single room with 2 single beds crammed into it. Very little lighting over the shower. The air conditioning unit did not work.

Acceptable price with good quality
the room is clean , very close to the old town, everything is fine, you pay what you get. By the way there is no elevator, so please be aware if you need them. I would recommend to stay here in Krakow, good location and very convenient.

Our recent stay at Pergamin was really disappointing and was definitely not like the pictures shown on expedia or the website. We had a twin room which was much smaller than the pictures had shown, one of the plug sockets was hanging off the wall, the room was very dark and the light in the bathroom was weak and barely over the shower so you virtually had to shower in the dark. The air conditioning unit didn't work for our entire stay meaning the room was stiflingly hot, our TV didn't work and the safe was broken (which the staff only admitted once we insisted they check it themselves because the first two times we tried to tell them they said we weren't following the instructions/key use properly). The showerhead was big but only a dribble of water came out at full power. But the worst part wasn't anything in the room itself, it was that the street glass and bin collection happened outside the window every single morning between 6am and 7am. The property is in a central location so you expect to have loud bars emptying at 1am but we did not expect to be woken up so early by a lorry crushing glass so early every day. We didn't sleep properly because of this for our entire stay - would definitely not recommend and would never stay again.

Great location but too noisy
Very noisy, room was positioned next to beer garden, loud music played till 3am. Would not stay there again. Girls in the reception very polite, room very clean. Great location.

Fabulous place in city centre
I was very pleased with the apartment. Will definitely come back and already have recommended to my friends. Much better then I expected. I stayed in more expensive places in Krakow before and they weren’t as good as this one!! The apartments are located right in the city centre, meters away from the cloth market. Lots of bars and restaurants around. The room was large and spacious. Beds were very comfortable. We also had kettle, mini fridge and air conditioning in the room. Bathroom was large and clean. It had lovely shower and basic toiletries. The room was located on the second floor without the lift but it wasn’t problem for us! Staff very friendly and helpful! Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. Highly recommend!!

The apartment was very clean. It was right off of the main square and centrally located to the sights. It was tucked inside of an entrance to the inner courtyard. It would have been helpful to have a sign on the street. It took us a while to find it. Other than that the accommodations were great!

Welll kept apartment just off the main square.
Nice place to stay in the gold Town. The room we had overlooked a courtyard that contained a couple of bars. We were there midweek and weren't affected by noise, but it might be noisier at weekends. The bar next door, on the street, does an excellent Polish breakfast for 12 zloty. Better than the Subway opposite. Plenty of other bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. Room clean, tidy and we'll maintained. Staff pleasant and helpful. On the downside the only entrance is up a staircase and would not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties as there is no lift.

Clean, comfortable, and close to the square.
The location of this hotel is excellent. The town square is just a few feet away and there are several restaurants are in the immediate area. The staff was very helpful and they all spoke English.

Easter Break
Excellent location ,two minutes walk to the square. Room was a little drab decor wise and needs a spruce up. We had 8 beds to choose from, all single, even though we booked a double. (Room 3) We had 2 bathrooms , superb showers . Coffee and tea provided , but no milk . You have to buy your own ! The builders were in next door but it felt like they were in our room. They started at 7.00 am and loved to make a lot of noise ! Overall good and would return , but would prefer a smaller room . Excellent value for money .

Location, location, location
Pergamin rooms are located right in the middle of Old Town, literally steps away from the main square. That's its biggest appeal. Rooms were basic but clean. They gave me a very large room though I was alone. The only thing which was not working for me was the coldness of the room and its bathroom. In the two days I have stayed I couldn't make it totally warm.

It was VERY NOISY with music blasting all night.
We got no sleep for the 3 nights we were there due to the music and noise all night from next door bar. The staff did not even offer us a different quieter room and we were stuck with all the noise from the bar and music all night. The shower was intermittent and not always hot. NO lift so had to take suitcases upstairs.

Could be great, but with a few dealbreakers
1. They allowed me to check in early after talking to them on the phone, which was nice. 2. The room I got did not match the pictures of the one I booked. I got the 4 single bed room (over 2 flours) instead of the more deluxe looking 1 double bed plus 1 single bed room. 3. The room was clean with one exception. I’d just say this: I had to flush the toilet. This is just unacceptable. 4. The water was lukewarm bordering on cold (even at 4AM). The shower faucet was half broken, and the shower head was fixed at a height around 6’3”ft which made showering for me (6’2”) very awkward. 5. Loud construction going on right outside at the time of my stay (Nov 22), but I do not really fault the hotel for that. I imagine that most of these issues could have been solved by asking to be moved to another room, but I had a single day at Krakow and I arrived half sleep, so I did not bother.

Nice apartment close to main market square
Although the pergamin apartments have had some renovations done they could do with sorting out the lukewarm shower problem and maybe renew some of the beds, having said that the apartments are kept very clean and towels are changed daily and the rooms are nice and warm which is great when the weather is cold, probably could do with slightly larger fridge. Overall the staff are very accommodating and helpful and we had a very pleasant stay

Convenient Location
The location of the apartment was fantastic. The Staff were very friendly and we had a comfortable 3 nights stay. Our apartment was at the back, so we were not disturbed with any noise coming from the Cafes, Bars, restaurants in the neighbourhood. We had expected a fridge in the room, but there was none, which we should have queried. It was no big deal.

Good Location.
Location good , clean room and friendly staff. Hard to find. Bath room is spacious but room was very narrow. No elevators. No laundry. No English Chanells in TV. Restaurants are close by.. Not money's worth though.

GREAT location BUT...
You can't get any closer to the city square...GREAT location. But there's a night club or bar right next door. I love to party but even for me the noise of music was EXTREMELY loud until late (around 1am). For this reason alone, I would not go back. Room and bathroom were very clean and staff friendly.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was really modern and clean. It was only one block away from the main city square, making it super convenient! Would definitely stay here again.

Handy location but very noisy until the wee small hours.

Krakow trip
Location was nice. Very close to the square. Too close that you can hear the people when they are passing by ang the garbage trucks in the morning. Also there's a bar right next to my daughters room, you can hear the noise and smell cigarette smoke
