Wonderful stay
Impeccable ! Great location, great rooms, amazing staff & on top of that excellent value for money ! If you want to be close to the old town and the railway station but away from the hustle and bustle - this is the place to stay. I'll be back !

Great hotel
Lovely hotel really clean and all the staff were very helpful. Great location about 10 mins to the old town and large shopping centre right across the road. Reception staff were particularly helpful. Thank you for a lovely stay

A very clean hotel with great bedding, an excellent shower, and very friendly staff. Very near the train station, and an easy walk through the park to the old town. I wish that breakfast had been included in the room charge.

This hotel is the best one I have stayed at in krakow. It has been beautifully decorated and the rooms are excellent. Great bar area and lovely breakfast too. Highly recommend

Nice comfy stay
Very nice hotel, located perfectly right next to Krakow Glowny. Modern, up to standard room, very cozy and comfortable. Exemplary clean. Nice comfy bed and matress. Very nice breakfast, good selection of food. The only minus I can find is that our room was facing the railway and the noise could be noticed. Although we didn’t have any problem with sleeping, the windows are well sound proofed. Excellent choice this hotel, we’ll definitely come back.

5* hotel and service
Fantastic hotel with super friendly staff , Sky hotel has a real luxury feel to it and the rooms are spotlessly clean. Breakfast is exemplary too lots of choice and the products change from day to day which is a nice touch. To top it all the staff made 8 of us a pack up breakfast when we left at 4am for a flight. We will be back for sure. Don’t hesitate to book it’s 5*

slopping ceiling
location was a bit busy, if plans to use the train are in hand, then stay hee, thats why we did. One issue I had was the slopping ceiling in the room, constancy required me to hunch over, hurt my neck doing so.

Beautiful city hotel
Superb location, easy access to train station (5 min walk) and main Square 5-10 min walk . Clean and very modern hotel. Would stay here again.

The cleanest property I've ever stayed in. It was spotless throughout. Very comfortable rooms. Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. A good location for exploring the rest of the city.

It´s nice newly recontructed hotel 5 minutes from Main railway station. The city histopic town was aprox.15 minutes walk. We traveved as a group of 3 older couples.

Lovely Hotel.
A lovely new hotel just tucked away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to walk to everything. Nice and clean and the included breakfast was lovely and did the job to start the day. Friendly staff who looked after us, even though we was at the front right next to the teams and railway you couldn't hear a thing and was not disturbed, but it did make a lovely view. My only critique was the TV channels where in Polish maybe get a couple of English channels / news etc. But overall, I would definitely stay here again and my Wife and I had a lovely break. Thank You

This newly renovated and stylish hotel was perfect for our short stay. We arrived by train and it was an quick and easy walk. The room was clean and fantastic decor. The front desk staff were very helpful in helping us find traditional polish food to eat. Quick walk to the Old Town. I would recommend a thousand times.

Fantastic place to stay
Stayed at the Sky Hotel for 2 nights and I have to say it was excellent. Got an early check in at no extra cost and the rooms were immaculate, location was perfect for walking to the main attractions in the city. Great breakfast choice,cooked or continental. Rooms were priced really well. Would defiantly stay there again.

Exceptional hotel and staff !
So glad we chose Sky hotel for a short trip in Krakow. Location is perfect, right near the central railway terminal and Krakovska Galery shopping center. It's an old building with high ceilings rooms which was completely renovated and modernly designed using brand quality materials and equipment. Everything is crystal clean, breakfast is perfect, hotel staff is exceptional as well ! Will definitely stay here the next time I'm in Krakow.

Such a gorgeous hotel, so clean and modern! Staff were lovely, especially Agnieszka! Such a lovely lady and very helpful during the stay. Already planning our return back. Ideal location, 7 minute walk to the main square and 1 minute walk to the galleria shopping centre.
