"Beautiful hotel around nature "

"The room was poorly cleaned on our first day with stained carpets. There was never anyone around at the pool/sauna desk and nobody could explain if the sauna was included or charged so we didn’t use it. Breakfast was reasonable with good choices. A lot of children staying here so better for families I think. I would say that despite being in the four star section, it was more like a three star. No minibar or room service menu. "We stayed in Appartment Helena number 4, a spacious 2 bedroom appt on the first floor. The kitchen has an electric hob and a fridge. The balcony has a wonderful view over the mountains. Downstairs in the basement there are laundry and drying rooms for customers' use. Clean sheets and towels appeared about halfway through our stay. Owner and staff very friendly and welcoming.
