"The room was poorly cleaned on our first day with stained carpets. There was never anyone around at the pool/sauna desk and nobody could explain if the sauna was included or charged so we didn’t use it. Breakfast was reasonable with good choices. A lot of children staying here so better for families I think. I would say that despite being in the four star section, it was more like a three star. No minibar or room service menu. Pool was enjoyable although the hot tub was filled with children so...

"Location is great. That’s it. The rest is terrible or very basic. The rooms are probably from 1980 or earlier (see the photos). The price per room is around 300 euro per night. This is the lowest standard we ever been to considering the fee. Rude and arrogant receptionist (the blonde one). Room dirty see the photos. I would rather sleep in a car than stay in this room. "

"We love this hotel. It is in the perfect location for everything you need and the facilities are fantastic. We enjoyed using the pool every day and the activities available throughout the week including the live music and kids club. "The hotel was charming in a rural area. The staff were small in number but very helpful and efficient. The restaurant was excellent, we had a beautiful meal, chef’s choice tasting menu. They also provided a breakfast pack for us as we had to leave before the restaurant opened in the morning. Great service. "
