"Great service. Breakfast service doesn't start until 7.30 which is a bit late but they kindly prepared a breakfast early for me on my departure day (so I could leave in time for my flight). "Great location right on a pedestrian plaza. The rooms were immaculate and nicely furnished. Parking was under construction, but we were afforded front door parking for our motorcycles. Only difficulty was finding the parking. GPS navigation called for driving up the pedestrian plaza, vice the road behind hotel."

"By the looks of the hotel online it’s very elegant. But it’s much dirtier, smells like cigarettes, and room is tiny. A lot of noise outside due to poor insulation. The restaurant was good though with good prices. I guess you get what you pay for. It worked ok for me but I wouldn’t stay here again."

"My 18-year old niece and I loved our stay in the Royal Apartment when visiting the charming town of Banská Štiavnica. The apartment is enormous, beautiful and comfortable. The staff is friendly, helpful, and accommodating. It was obvious that they wanted to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, including a wonderful breakfast buffet. I would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Slovakia."
