The hotel was centrally located in Zurich with easy access to main points of interest and public transportation. My room was very small, however it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff of the property are excellent, kind, helpful , professional and friendly. The breakfast was great with many choices of food and eggs/omelette made to your choice. Overall it was a very good stay at Best Western Zurcherhof in Zurich

This hotel is very nice, is in old Town so the side walk are brick which is a little bit of a pain to drag your luggage over. And it is about a 20 minute walk from the train station. Also there is a church near by that rings it's bells every 15 minutes. This is no A/C but our second room did have a fan. The first room we had the shower didn't drain properly and it started flooding the bathroom floor. The second room wasn't any better. You to wet yourself down turn off the water soap yourself up

Very quick and easy check in. We got the room we asked for, higher level and twin beds. Very clean, compact but functional room. Nespresso and tea in the room. Staff was very friendly. A simple breakfast was offered for an additional charge. Able to walk to dinner. The room was comfortable. They only offered soap in the bathroom - no shampoo, conditioner, or body lotion, though.
