Apartment 'Seerose' near Lake Constance with Wi-Fi, Balcony & Garden

The well-equipped holiday apartment 'Seerose' is located in the Swiss lakeside town of Kreuzlingen, right next to Konstanz and just a few meters from the lake. You can reach the shopping center, Konstanz city center, and the lakeside promenade all within a 10-minute walk. The 70 m² apartment features a living room with two sofa beds, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, one bedroom, and a bathroom. It is ideal for up to 4 guests, with space for a fifth person if needed. Please note: The two sofa beds are each 140 cm wide and best suited for children or short stays – for maximum comfort, adults are recommended to use the bedroom. An extra bed is available on request. Amenities include Wi-Fi (on request), a washing machine, and cable TV. Start your day with coffee on the balcony, or enjoy a hearty breakfast or a delicious barbecue dinner in the shared garden surrounded by trees and a lush rose garden.



The washing machine is available only for longer stays and by arrangement.



Pets are welcome at no extra charge. Just a few meters away is a private property with several parking spaces. You will receive a parking card from your host, and one parking space is always reserved for you. A second space may be available upon request, subject to availability. For loading and unloading, parking is available directly in front of the house. There is also a covered bicycle shelter in the garden behind the house.



Parking, Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels, and final cleaning are included in the booking price.
