Your holiday apartment offers 1 floor, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 65 sqm and can accommodate up to 5 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The entrance is im Erdgeschoss. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room with 1 additional bed at couch/sofa, lounge, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 5 persons. You have access to the covered terrace with garden furniture. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed and TV. Cooking nook in the living room with dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine and electric water boiler. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and hairdryer. Separate toilet with 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your holiday apartment is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Location
Krk. The holiday flat is located on an enclosed garden plot, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives in the house. The house is situated near a busy road. Traffic noise may be audible inside the property.- The property is equipped with external surveillance cameras located at the entrance, in the car park and in the pool area. For security reasons, the cameras record videos and images in order to ensure the safety of the property and the guests. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the street in front of the house. There is a charging station for electric cars on the property.- Charging station for electric vehicles (subject to charge): €25 per charge.

For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a first aid kit. Final cleaning is carried out by a professional company.

Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from early May to early October, saltwater, heatable, 4 m x 8 m, 1.5 m deep). The heated pool is available seasonally from 01.05. to 01.10., and the use of our swimming pool is at your own risk.

Shopping 100 m, restaurant 600 m, town centre 700 m. Pharmacy, bank each 750 m in Krk. Airport in Omišalj 25 km. In summer: Adriatic 700 m in Krk (beach 900 m in Krk with sand, pebbles, rocks and bathing platforms). Boat rental in Krk 800 m.
