    Poljica and Bajčići

    The villages of Poljica and Bajčići are located in the western part of the island of Krk, in the area called Šotovento. They are about a kilometer apart and about 10km from their administrative center, the town of Krk. In Poljica and Bajčić there are 200 inhabitants. Historically, residents of the area have been involved in livestock breeding, farming and olive growing.

    Tourism in Poljica and Bajčići

    Poljice and Bajčići are interesting because of their close proximity to the coast (a few minutes drive to the town of Krk, Pinezic and Glavotok), but also because of their historical heritage. Poljica has a very well preserved indigenous architecture of stone houses, Renaissance buildings and a Gothic church from the 15th century. The places themselves have no more developed tourist offer besides private accommodation and vacation houses.

    The bay of Čavlena is located halfway between Glavotok and Malinska, and the road to it goes through Poljica or Porat by car, or by boat from the sea. This area is known for its large old oaks. Beneath the beautiful cove with stones and gravel, you will be protected by natural shade. There is also a small harbor and this is a popular bay for fishermen.

This vacation home is truly exceptional. It is impeccably clean, incredibly spacious, and comes fully equipped with an abundance of natural light. The private garden and swimming pool is absolutely stunning, complete with barbecue equipment and outdoor furniture, making it the ideal choice for a family vacation. The hosts were incredibly pleasant and went above and beyond to assist us with all of our inquiries. We are eagerly looking forward to returning! 😊

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem Ferienhaus! Die Ausstattung war sehr passen, die Lage war sehr gut (nicht mehr als 15 Minuten zum Supermarkt und allen Aktivitäten) und der Gastgeber war unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Gastgeber war suuuuper nett. Immer bereit Auskunft oder Hilfe zu geben. Es gab gute Tips zu Ausflügen, Restaurants, und Sehenswürdigkeiten . zur Begrüßung eine nette Platte mit Schinken und Käse, Wein und Brot. Das Grundstück ist ideal mit Hunden zu bewohnen, ein kleiner Markt zu Fuß zu erreichen. Alles in Allem ein guter Platz um sich perfekt zu erholen

Schönes Haus, toller Pool, tolle Insel

Das Haus liegt wunderbar in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Der Pool hat eine tolle Größe und Tiefe. Die überdachte Terrasse ist phantastisch. Man kommt sehr schnell an die gewünschten Orte. Leider ist nur eine Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer. Die restlichen Zimmer sind nicht klimatisiert. Auch die Betten sind leider sehr geräuschvoll und unbequem. Wir haben den wirklich sehr netten Gastgeber davon erzählt und er meinte, dass er daran ist, die Klimatisierung und die Betten zu verändern. Sehr gerne kommen wir dann wieder in dieses schöne Ferienhaus!

Tolles Haus, super gastfreundlicher Vermieter

Wir waren vom 3. Juni bis zum 10.6.2023 in der Villa Franolic. Zuerst haben wir nur für zwei Erwachsene, ein Kind 2,5 Jahre und eine französische Bulldogge gebucht. Zwei Wochen später entschieden wir uns, die Großeltern noch mitzunehmen. Die Umbuchung war überhaupt kein Problem und erfolgte auf Deutsch. Schon dort merkt man eine freundliche und hilfsbereite Kommunikation. Vom 2. Juni auf den 3. Juni war es nun endlich soweit und wir waren früher als erwartet auf Krk. Die Vermietungsplattform hat uns die Telefonnummer vom Vermieter gegeben, um einen Termin für den Check in zu vereinbaren . Mit 9:00 Uhr waren wir deutlich zu früh dran. Jedoch wollten wir schon einmal einen Termin vereinbaren. Ein sehr netter junger Mann (der Vermieter) war am Telefon (englischsprachig) wir vereinbarten, dass er uns per WhatsApp Bescheid gibt, wenn wir ins Haus einziehen dürfen. Gleich im Anschluss hat er uns Per WhatsApp Nachricht auch noch Tipps zum Zeitvertreib übermittelt da waren wir schon sehr positiv überrascht. Wir entschieden uns die Zeit am Strand zu verbringen und das eine oder andere Nickerchen noch zu machen. Um 14:30 Uhr war es dann soweit und er schrieb uns, dass wir um 15:00 Uhr einchecken können 1 Stunde früher wie normal. Am Haus angekommen waren wir überwältigt vom Anwesen, welches komplett umzäunt ist und perfekt für unseren Hund und top gepflegt. Der ganze Garten besteht aus unterschiedlichen Kräutern, Olivenbäumen und anderen Pflanzen, die man beim vorbeigehen naschen kann. Er zeigte uns das Haus, welches sehr sehr sauber war, und nahm sie sogar noch die Zeit, um uns das ein oder andere Ausflugsziel oder Restaurant Empfehlung zu geben. Bei diesem Mann ist Gastfreundlichkeit nicht nur einfach ein Wort, sondern erlebt es und ist von tiefsten Herzen sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit❤️ damit wir uns um nichts mehr kümmern mussten, hat er uns sogar für die Ankunft eine Wurst und Käseplatte sowie eine Flasche Wein und eine Flasche Wasser bereitgestellt. Egal zu welchem Zeitpunkt wir Hilfe benötigten oder Informationen brauchten, war der Vermieter immer erreichbar und antwortete schnell zu und das, obwohl er selbst hauptberuflich tätig ist und zwei kleine Kinder hat. Chapeau! diese Gastfreundlichkeit erlebten wir auf der gesamten Insel krk, wobei man ihn noch mal besonders hervorheben muss. Zum Haus kann man nur sagen, es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Auch das ist nicht üblich. Wir fanden ein frisches Paket Toilettenpapier. In der Küche waren sämtliche Gewürze vorhanden und alles, was man zum Kochen brauchen konnte. Im Garten gab es einen Grill mit Feuerholz und anzünde selbst zum Schwimmen waren Schwimmen Utensilien vorhanden (Schwimmring). Für unsere kleine Maus ist dein eigener Kinderbereich mit Schaukel und Sandel Sachen vorhanden gewesen. Wir wachen mehr als nur zufrieden und haben uns in das Haus, Land und Leute sogar verliebt. Das einzigste Manko, dass wir hatten, war das wir zu kurz auf der Insel waren. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder alle. Dir einen schönen Urlaub auf der Insel Krk verbringen möchten, können wir die Villa Franolic nur wärmstens empfehlen, denn hier wird Gastfreundlichkeit groß geschrieben Danke danke danke für die tolle Zeit

Alles war so wie beschrieben, aber noch schöner als erwartet... Herzliche Begrüßung vom Besitzer, super leckere Ham and Cheese Platte zur Begrüßung sowie Wein und Getränke, nach unserer langen Anreise das erste Highlight, zwischendurch gab es auch nochmal tollesGemüse aus dem eigenen Garten, sehr nett. POOL kalt und immer erfrischend,, Lage ruhig, grosser Garten mit viel Spielgelegenheiten für Gross und Klein. Etwas störend nur das man die Badtüren nicht abschließen konnte. Ansonsten ein Träumchen zum erholen ❤️

Wunderschön!

Das Haus ist wirklich wunderschön, die Außenanlagen wurden mit viel Liebe zum Detail angelegt. An Inventar ist alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Das Objekt ist sehr ruhig gelegen und vollständig eingezäunt, was optimal für unsere Hunde war. Der Gastgeber war bei Fragen sehr gut erreichbar und hat sich umgehend um alles gekümmert. Alles in allem ein entspannter Aufenthalt.

Tolles Haus mit relativ ruhiger Lage

Perfektes Haus für den Somerurlaub. Schöner Pool und großes Grundstück mit wenig Nachbarn. Riesiger Balkon Als nicht so gut würde ich den Schließmechanismus der Türen bezeichnen, da diese nicht richtig abschließen gingen, vor allem in den Bädern. Die Stühle waren schon von der Witterung etwas mitgenommen, aber die sind jetzt wohl neu😂🙈 Aber alles in Allem ein tolles Haus!

Perfekter Urlaub auf Krk.

Das Haus mit Pool war perfekt um eine Woche auszuspannen. Der Vermieter war super nett und zuvorkommend. Ausflüge ans Meer mit dem Mountainbike (ca. 10 - 15 Minuten) haben Spaß gemacht. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Schöne Villa in sehr guter Lage!

Die Villa ist in einem guten Zustand, der Vermieter ist sehr herzlich und immer da wenn man was brauch. Wirklich ganz toll! Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in Krk Stadt sehr viele. Diese erreicht man nach ca zehn Auto Minuten. 😊 Wir haben die meisten Tage in der Bar Punta di Galetto gegessen. Dort gab es alles von Fleisch über Fisch und Pizza und Pasta.
