The villa features four bedrooms and four bathrooms as well as a sauna, fitness area and private pool.
The interior is spread over two floors. The groundfloor consists of a fully equipped kitchen connected to the living and dining area, one bedroom with bathroom and a separate toilet.
On the first floor there are 3 doble bedrooms, 2 with its own bathroom, and across from the third room there is another bathroom
In the completely fenced outdoor area, a private pool (10,5x 4,5m, 1,4 m deep)awaits you, which is surrounded by sun loungers and invites you to cool off on hot summer days.
On the terrace there is a barbecue and dining area. Use the barbecue to put your grilling skills to the test.
Outdor area offers a partial sea view and the villa is located close to the sea and many beautiful beaches.
This luxuriously furnished villa is an ideal choice for your vacation.
Private parking and a car garage are provided.
