This beautiful villa is located on the island of Krk, in a small town called Vrh. It is the ideal place for a holiday in peaceful surroundings with a view of the beautiful nature. The house offers complete comfort for a family holiday. The ground floor is a spacious "open space" consisting of a kitchen, dining room and living room with access to the covered south and north-facing terrace where you can enjoy the shade and light breeze during the day. The front terrace leads to the pool, which is surrounded by a large sun deck. On the upper floor there is a gallery with a cosy corner for reading and 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The house has underfloor heating and is fully air-conditioned. Each room has a separate control for heating or cooling. The combination of nature, traditional elements and modern architecture makes for a pleasant stay. From the house you can quickly reach the town of Krk, which offers a wide range of tourist attractions: Nature with a typical Mediterranean landscape, narrow streets leading to cultural monuments, picturesque pebble beaches that have contributed to the preservation of Krk's appearance. Many of the beaches have a blue flag as a sign of cleanliness and tidiness, and there are two beaches intended for pets. Other highlights include water sports activities, excursions to the treasure trove of cultural heritage on Koljun or the mystery and richness of the seabed of the island of Plavnik and its beautiful corals. During the summer months, many artists and ensembles, such as the traditional festival in honour of St. Quirina, the patron saint of the town, visit the area. For active holidaymakers, the island offers a number of cycle paths that form a network around the island, diving schools, wakeboarding, hiking trails and promenades along the sea.

Das Haus ist super und es ist alles vorhanden was eine Familie benötigt. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und für eine Erholung angenehm. Die Dinge des täglichen Lebens sind fußläufig zu erreichen, aber auch tägliche Unternehmungen sind mit einem Auto einfach zu erreichen. Gerne buchen wir wieder 🤗

Eine Woche wieder in der Heimat und wir denken gerne zurück an eine wunderschöne Zeit ☺️Als allererstes möchte ich die super lieben Vermieter loben. So herzlich,hilfsbereit und persönlich,als würde man sich schon lange kennen!Vielen Dank dafür!Nun zum Haus:Eigentlich dachten wir,wir könnten für unsere Teenies Fahrräder in der 5km entfernten Stadt mieten,mit denen sie dann alleine los radeln können...daraus wurde leider nix,da es sehr Bergauf, Bergab geht auf Krk hätten wir uns besser über die Insel informiert,hätten wir es gewusst 🙈!Gut es war nun mal so,aber das ist auch der einzige Punkt, den wir als negativ bewerten...Das Haus ist genauso wie auf den Bildern, die Raumaufteilung mit jeweils eigenen Bad ein Traum. Wir waren eigentlich nur draußen,den ganzen Tag Sonne,Pool, einfach genießen...Im Haus ist es angenehm kühl,was unser Hund nur bestätigen kann 😉Im Ort gibt es einen kleinen Markt,den man in ca.10 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht,doch in ca.3,4 Minuten zu Fuß befindet sich ein kleines Häuschen mit einer Bäckerei geöffnet täglich von 7-14 Uhr,tolle Produkte und nette Verkäuferin!Ansonsten waren wir immer mit Auto unterwegs, was uns aber wirklich nicht störte,da es in die Stadt Krk ca.5 Minuten nur sind! Plodine,Lidl,Konsum,Deichmann,Kik, Tedi alles gleich am Anfang der Stadt vorhanden!Gegen frühen Abend in die Stadt kein Problem, Parkplatz IMMER bekommen (0,70-1€-Std).Lecker essen in der Altstadt ob Pizza,Eis...egal...nicht zu vergessen die unscheinbare kleine Pommesbude gaanz am Anfang,2 sehr nette Jungs und die Burger sehr lecker,brauchen nach einer Bootstour was schnelles und waren wirklich positiv überrascht!Alle anderen Städte auf der Insel sind ebenfalls schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen,max.20 Minuten ist das weiteste!Falls jetzt die Frage nach den Preisen kommt,natürlich ist es teurer geworden in Kroatien, kein Vergleich zu der Zeit vorm Euro,aber das weiß man ja und Urlaub ist Urlaub!Wer also gerne mal los möchte bisschen Action, Tourismus und bummeln am Abend, dennoch tagsüber einfach Ruhe und Entspannung braucht,ist in diesem Haus genau richtig! Trotz Autofahrten würde ich immer wieder in das Haus wollen!(Im Ort selbst könnte man auch Roller mieten)Danke für einen wunderschönen, erholsamen Urlaub 👍❤️☺️
