This modern villa, with 280 m² of living space, accommodates up to 10 guests, making it the perfect retreat for family or friends. Located just 2 km from the sea, the villa offers a heated pool with a spacious terrace where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the unspoiled nature. The main floor features two beautifully designed bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a large living room with a fireplace, and a modern kitchen with a dining area. The lower level offers two additional bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, as well as a game room with a PlayStation and table tennis. Pets are welcome upon request, while the surrounding walking trails and olive groves invite exploration. Groups of young people are not allowed.
