"Love love loved this hotel and its amazing staff! The location, just out of the touristic old town, is perfect. You can slip right off the terrace into sea. There are lovely sun loungers sea side - a perfect spot to sit and watch the many boats and bathers bobbing in the bright blue sea. The included breakfast was fantastic. There were local delights like home made cheeses, bread and jam. We were given a welcome champagne. The hotel rooms were comfortable with fluffy beds and ice cold air conditioning. Loved the old limestone walls and wooden furniture. Great local restaurants nearby right on the sea. A quick and cheap cab ride to the old town of Kotor. "

"Jelena is the hotel attendant and she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The hotel is quiet and the setting is beautiful. Rooms are nice and staff was friendly. The breakfast at the Hotel Conte is a buffet and the seats along the waterfront have a wonderful view. If you are looking for an intimate experience and enjoy a small village feel, the Hotel Leon is perfect. Day cruisers do invade for few hours but once they leave Perast it is quaint and quiet. Great restaurants (we loved Eho) to choose from from local food to more adventurous offerings. Parking is limited if you are driving although once you find a spot the hotel will bring a golf cart for your bags. No cars allowed in Perast unless you are a resident. In high season it would be very challenging. October parking is free. The value is great and Perast is a beautiful place. Close enough to Kotor yet much less busy. Bus stops by parking lot which is a quick ride to Kotor. Loved our stay! "

"If I come to Kotor again I will definitely stay at this hotel . Spent 5 days here wonderful staff , spa , beautiful views from our room and great breakfast . Wanted to watch a football match not available on our tv in the room , they connected us to a cable tv station on the terrace … great pools for swimming also .. thank you to Hyatt Regency in Kotor "

"Great apartment and gorgeous views. Close to some nice restaurants and beach bars. Lucy and Sandra were great throughout our stay and helped us get a taxi back to the airport after we had some trouble booking. Apartment clean and well stocked with kitchen wear if you want to cook for yourself. The steps are a lot though so if you have mobility issues this is something to consider. Also a car is not a must if you're happy to walk or catch a taxi but there are a few steep hills to deal with. "
