"The rental house was in good condition, and it was obvious there are some improvements underway. The exterior of the rental had just been painted (the paint was still drying) when we arrived. The interior was very well kept with more than enough space for the four of us in our family. The location was tucked down into a small residential neighborhood approximately 15 minutes to downtown Kona."

"Absolutely awesome place to stay -- thank you to the hosts! Description and pictures were true to the property, everything was clean and well cared for, lanai was beautiful (amazing view!), sofa bed was much appreciated (the property sleeps six people in three beds w/ the sofa bed included). Excellent shower, nice place to park. Less than 15 minutes driving to the center of Kona and 10 minutes to the airport. Host was responsive to any inquiries. No excessive cleaning expectations on check-out unlike some properties. Really well furnished kitchen -- even an electric kettle for hot water. This is the upper level of a two-story duplex type house with an exterior wooden staircase up to the door. Loved hearing the roosters in the yard in the morning and the frogs at night (even though I know they're invasive). Ceiling fans and abundant windows were enough to keep us comfortable. Would not hesitate to stay here again and recommend to others."

"The place is large, airy, and bright, with a large porch (with swing seat!) offering spectacular views of the Kona coast. Inspire of some unforeseen circumstances, the host made every efforts to communicate with us and to arrange alternate help to have the place ready for us. The apartment is close to the airport as well as the only Costco store on the island. Enjoyed our stay!"

"Our stay was very enjoyable in your warm, very clean and welcoming home. The location of the home was perfect for our stay. Close to the golf, resort and great restaurants. Appreciated the filtered fridge water pitcher, and detailed notebook on the house amenities and guest expectations."

"What an amazing property but even more importantly what a superamazing staff!! Ryan deserves all the credit. Her quick thinking kindness solved our issue so elegantly. This is indeed a VIP in all the senses. The fact that she is so likeablle made it even better!! Isiah from in room dining was great and easy to talk to. Chayan on check in made us feel like ohana! Greg upon check out conitnued to make us feel wanted and loved. Overall, a lovely property and a great experience but once again Ryan deserves the biggest mahalo nui loa!!
