It needs upgrade, renovations, hotel is good, spacious rooms, but it need renovations, more variety in menus

When you walk in the property smells like cigarettes. My room was on a non smoking floor and it didnt smell like cigarettes however the room wasnt cleaned. I decided not to extend.

The entrance and walk-in to property is close to a smoking zone which we will assess moving forward to alleviate such an experience although we are glad that your room was completely smoke free and smell was fresh and fine. The cleaning of the room will be looked into further for clarity and appropriate action as we daily always refresh and clean rooms unless checking out ofc ourse where by we wait for that to happen prior to entering the room. Its a good hotel and I had a superior room on the 18th floor its clean and well kept on that floor parts of the hotel need some update but the parking is easy and there are some good cafes nearby

Thank you to Eastin for the upgrade to executive room. Unfortunately we felt that the room design was a little funny and many times during the night I knocked myself onto the cabinet with the second tv there. It was pointless to have the second tv as there we no channels available.

Good: Hotel easy to find. Lobby area is nice. Check in was normal.
Bad: Shower head leaked water everywhere when turned on. Water leaks out of the toilet flush button when pressed. Quite disgusting. Wiped the sink table top and it was dirty. The pillowcase had black stains.
Asked the concierge about room phone not working. Whole conversation no eye contact was made. Rude.
Overall okay hotel. Decent, old and room not well maintained. Broken shower head and broken toilet.

The safe did not work. The toilet flush button had to be pressed with the palm to work, whereupon water leaked from the wall onto the palm. The mugs were not changed daily. The bedsheets seemed unchanged for the 4 nights we were there. And they said my previous visits were erased from their new database.

Swimming pool not up to the 5 star rating. Inconvenience to find foods in a walking distance. Parking is really sucking. Expedia said free but there is still a min charge of RM3. I have been charged RM6 from going out to find food & also during checkout. Supposed 5 star hotel should give complimentary free parking without any charges. Please correct the status in expedia next time so that people can get the clear picture.

We can be a little out of the way if walking for food although we have a few simple cafes close by and of course our own restaurants in the hotel,as a foodie myself I can understand your frustration.Our swimming pool is a splash and relax pool as is smaller and not suited for swimming laps which some guests do prefer. In regarding the parking ,we have been charging for the parking since August and we were conscious of ensuring all our clients are clearly aware including inside all the sites such as Expedia. I have checked and all is displayed but appreciate the feedback and we have checked all again. I agree it is important to be very clear with all information for everyone. Once again my apologies for a less than great stay and do hope you still might consider us in the future. Kindest Regards

Everything was bad, I even checked out 2 days earlier to change my hotel. Made a complaint to Expedia but nothing is being done. I booked this hotel as it's a 5 star hotel and even upgraded my room. Really bad experience. First time I ever had to leave a hotel to change my hotel. Bad

The Easton is out of the City but easily accessible outside heavy traffic periods. The mrt is only 5min walk. The area behind the hotel has very good restaurants. Unfortunately we ate at Jake's Restaurant on the first night and it was terrible. The Easton is good value.
Front desk staff is not accomodating to guest requests. They declined my request for corner room and 11th floor or higher. Room has smelly smoke odour even though it is non smoking room. Fridge is out of order. No latch to double lock from behind door. No local tv channels such as TV3 and 8TV.
The room was clean and the counter staff were pleasant.
However, there was a failure to clean my room after the 1st night and I had to go to the counter to remind them to get my room cleaned up.
Good location if you want to avoid KL city central and look for food in petaling jaya and be nearer to KLIA.
Good front desk service. Staff always polite and courteous. Have stayed here numerous times. Only downside is traffic between 4-8pm on weekdays. Very heavy traffic getting in & out of hotel
