I loved everything about our stay in this hotel. The breakfast buffet was amazing and the staff were so nice and the hospitality is unmatched. From Kenneth to Rawdah and the rest of the team, they treated us like family during our 8 day stay.

Amazing breakfast spread. I think worth the price. Really kind, polite restaurant staff. 5 star level food. Pool, gym, amenities pretty high class. Rooftop view is amazing. We stayed for almost 14 days in total. First leg the room was amazing. Then we went to Johur Bahru for a few days then came back for the last leg of our stay. Unfortunately, for our second leg, the room was NOT GOOD. There were water damaged floorboards, the room had old scratched up furniture, and for a couple days everytime we went down to the garage, it absolutely stank like sewer. I get it's a building shared with a mall, but still hotel management need to be aware of this. Overall I would have given the stay a solid A, but due to poor room conditions and the smell in the garage for our second part of stay, I'll give it a B+.

The room was amazing, Signature Suite, very spacious, letting lots of light in and with a superb bath tub with the greatest view. I'd say they only need to improve the breakfast options, they were quite limited for the executive lounge, and we happened to find mould in the bread one morning. Other than that, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, the housekeeping did an amazingly good job.

Really good hotel. the Clb floor is excellent with some of the best food options that I have seen. Great roof bar and right next to the mall, so more options for dining. Supper staff who are extremely helpful and friendly. I would stay again.

I enjoyed running at 29th floor training room with nine view. I would like to use their rooftop pool. Very clean, many choices of breakfast.
