The room was clean and I was generally happy with it. Hairdryer seemed weak and room and toilet was looking dated. Carpark is safe and requires validation from reception to leave so that’s great. Will stay again for sure.

Furama Bukit Bintang
The room had a water leak in the bathroom, we were a family of 5 and provided 2 single beds and a king for the adults, we asked for a extra single bed on 3 occasions and were ignored.

Walking distance to 2 large shopping centres. We chose a decent sized room on a high floor which was pleasant. Staff were friendly and helpful. this is not a real hotel. You will see when you arrive at the place. It's within an apartment complex and there is no lobby. You have to contact someone to come and get you and lead you to your room.
