The location is very central, safe, and within walking distance from a lot of the city's highlights. The rooms are clean and spacious. There are a lot of people coming and going though so you sometimes have to wait quite a while for the elevators.

It is not a 5 star hotel recognised globally, only to Malaysian standards. The cutlery served in the kitchen dining was dirty with residual food on it.
