Great customer service in all departments. You are greeted at the enterance by freindly staff and check in was seemless. We were given complimemtary breakfast on our first day. Royal Suites at Platinum Kuala Lumpur Bukit Bintang KLCC
I came at 4pm and the room was not ready. They gave me another one ready but dirty in the bathroom. To take the lift you may wait more than 5mn to get it. The price is absolutly not worthy.
