The cleaning is terrible, 4 staff, one empty the bin, one change the towel, one flush the toilet didn't even clean it and no vacuum done once when we stayed for 1 week. It took them 5 mins to complete a 2 bedrooms apartment. The aircon stop working and ice accumulated and the repairmen had to chopped off ice and full of mold came off from the aircon. There is no washing detergent and no sponge provided and it's supposed to be...
