The holiday rental is located on the ground floor of the complex, facing southwest. The expansive sandy beach is only about 300 metres away. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find numerous shopping options, restaurants, and cafés. Numerous events, such as the cocktail night at the marina, the Promenade Festival, or the Kühlungsborn Gourmet Days, make a holiday here perfect!

The Amenities
The apartment features a wood-look designer floor and a fully equipped kitchen. It includes, among other things, a freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, dishwasher, and microwave. The bathroom features a shower, a hair dryer, and a cosmetic mirror. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, and the other has two single beds. Both bedrooms are equipped with a TV. In the living room, you’ll find a flat-screen TV, a stereo system, and board games.
