The 70 m² Upstalsboom 3-room apartment, kbmb223, can accommodate up to 6 people. Particularly noteworthy are the direct beachfront location of the Haus Meeresblick apartment complex in Kühlungsborn and the spacious north-facing balcony with a view of the Baltic Sea.

The Location
This bright and cheerfully furnished apartment is located on the north side of the historic Kurhaus, on the second floor. The Baltic Sea and the white sandy beach are just 40 m away and can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Here you can enjoy the refreshing seaside climate, for example, during long walks or while relaxing in a beach chair. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find shopping, restaurants, and cafés, as well as charming recreational activities and places to visit.


Amenities The apartment features free Wi-Fi and a fully equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave with grill function, ceramic cooktop, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and refrigerator. The combined living and dining area features a TV and stereo system with a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and a double sofa bed. Both the dining table and the cosy seating area offer plenty of space to enjoy relaxing moments over breakfast or after an eventful day at the beach. In addition, the holiday rental is equipped with a hair dryer. The apartment has two separate bedrooms, one furnished with a double bed (2 x 0.80 x 2.00) and the other with a bunk bed (2 x 0.80 x 2.00). Both rooms offer a side view of the sea. A cot can be set up in the children’s room for a fee, and you can request a high chair upon request. From the spacious balcony, you’ll enjoy a unique view of the Baltic Sea. The balcony is accessible from the living/dining area.


Highlights Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment and pets are not permitted. The holiday complex features coin-operated washing machines and dryers, as well as bicycle storage in the underground car park. An underground parking space for vehicles with a maximum weight of 2,000 kg (maximum clearance height 1.80 m, maximum vehicle length 5 m) can be booked as an add-on if needed.
