The Ostsee-Domizil Sandburg holiday home is located on a large lot in the centre of Kühlungsborn-West, right next to the city forest. Built in the seaside resort architectural style, the Ostsee-Domizil Sandburg has been lovingly restored and expanded and now offers space for 9 individually designed holiday apartments. All apartments feature a terrace or balcony. Of course, the apartments are equipped with towels and bed linens so you can enjoy your holiday from the very first minute. In our spacious garden area, we offer seating areas and a children’s play corner, as well as plenty of space to relax or socialise. If you’d rather get active, use our fitness room for calisthenics or endurance training.

To ensure that even a chilly day at the Baltic Sea can be spent in warmth, a separate sauna building is at your disposal.

Holiday rental featuring a living/dining room with a double-bed sofa bed and one bedroom with a double bed. Bathroom and balcony on the 2nd floor. Lift and underground parking space available.

Our Brise holiday rental for 2 people is located on the 2nd floor of the Ostsee-Domizil Sandburg and is easily accessible via our lift. The apartment features hardwood floors and comfortable underfloor heating.

The cosy living room opens onto a modern, fully equipped open-concept kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, ceramic cooktop, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and plenty of dishes; you can enjoy the evening sun on the adjoining balcony. Wi-Fi and internet-enabled flat-screen TVs are standard in every room; the spacious bedroom with a large built-in closet and box-spring bed, as well as the beautiful bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet, complete the modern Brise holiday apartment.

You can park your car safely and securely in the underground garage on the neighbouring property.
