Die FeWo ist wirklich sehr schön. Alles was man braucht, ist verfügbar. Balkon und Terrasse ergänzen den Wohlfühlfaktor. Der Pool wurde fleißig von uns genutzt. Sehr ruhige Lage. Kurzum, der Urlaub war zu kurz. Das Etagenbett war für die Enkelin das Highlight. Dankeschön für die schönen Tage in Kühlungsborn.

Die nette und gute Betreuung durch die Mitarbeiter von Upstalsboom. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, d. h. nah am Strand. Leider war in unserer Woche kein Strandwetter, so dass wir auch den Balkon nicht nutzen konnten. Für 2 Personen ist die Wohnung ideal, aber für 4 Personen viel zu klein. Das Bad hat eine super Größe und war gut ausgestattet. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, aber leider sehr hoch.

Die Nähe zum Strand und zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (zB Bäcker mit im Komplex) ist unschlagbar toll! Auch, dass sowohl Parkplatz als auch Nutzung von Pool und Sauna mit inkludiert ist. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Wohnzimmer wirkte auf den Bildern nur etwas größer ;) wir empfanden die Betten alle als gemütlich und schön, dass die Bettwaren auch frisch/neu waren!

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist zwar ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, aber geschmackvoll und nett. Die Matratzen im Schlafzimmer empfanden wir als sehr gut. Außerdem ist das Schlafzimmer sehr schön hell mit viel Tageslicht.

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung insgesamt ist gut; die Anordnung im Küchenbereich gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Anlage macht einen gepflegten Eindruck, nach etwas Suchen findet jeder seinen Parkplatz. Zum Strand sind es keine 50m.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal Gast in dieser Anlage. Die von gebuchte Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Man merkt, daß sich der Eigenümer Gedanken über Ausstattung/Einrichtung gemacht hat. Auch die Dachterrasse ist super und wurde viel genutzt. Sofern nichts dazwischen kommt werden wir diese Wohnung gerne bei unserem nächsten Urlaub wieder buchen (wir waren schon 6 x in Kühlungsborn und es gefällt uns immer wieder :-) )
