Your culinary needs are also well taken care of, as the nearest restaurant is only 25 metres away and shopping options are just 150 metres away.

The apartment is located on the ground floor and features an inviting, open floor plan. The living room boasts easy-to-maintain laminate flooring, a cosy sofa area, and a comfortable armchair that invite you to relax. For your entertainment, the apartment is well-equipped with a modern 44- to 55-inch TV with cable, as well as a DVD and CD player that includes a radio. Wi-Fi is also available, so you can stay connected even while on holiday. The open kitchen is directly adjacent to the living area and is fully equipped: a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and all necessary kitchen utensils make self-catering a breeze.

Villa Sanssouci is located on Strandstraße, just about 300 m from the beach and the pier. It consists of the historic villa in the spa-style architecture and the new building situated behind it.

On the popular Strandstraße, you’ll find many restaurants and cafés. Small shops invite you to browse. Just a few steps from your accommodation, there are several bakeries offering fresh rolls daily for your breakfast at home or in a café.

The city forest begins right behind the villa and is perfect for lovely walks to Kühlungsborn West.
