You live in an approximately 74 m² large 3-room duplex apartment, located in. 2 First floor and attic located. And the special feature: The condominium has its own beach access to a very quiet beach area, which is not as crowded in the hot summer days as the other beaches of the resort.

The completed apartment complex is perfect for your family holiday: In the dune garden you will find a private park with water courses, a small grove, sitting areas, a playground and an outdoor chess.
