"We have traveled and stayed at over 100 hotels This was by far the worst experience we have ever had. The person behind the counter was beyond rude and very condescending. We had a reservation set through Hotels.com and he told us that he ran our card before we got there and it didn’t go through so he canceled our room and told us all the rooms were sold out. We were traveling with my brother and his wife and we had to scramble to find another hotel late at night. We chose pay at the property and he denied us stay at the hotel. Terrible is not a strong enough word. "

"our room had been cleaned so all used towels were taken but not restocked. we were left with ONE towel for us to use…. We had planned on going to the pool. we asked the receptionist if we could have some more towels sent to our room. It took them hours to bring us ONE extra towel. by then we didn’t have any time to enjoy the pool as we had other things to do later that night. thankfully it was only two of us staying in the room so if you know you’ll need extra towels ask ahead or bring your own. 6/10 experience "

"The house was great and had everything we needed for our stay. The pool was clean and had plenty of seating outside. We enjoyed our time and would definitely recommend to others. Ana was fast to respond to messages and so nice. We took her recommendation of an area near by (Domain) and it was a favorite spot! "
