"I have to say, the staff! I almost lost my luggage with Yamato Transport, they made a lot of calls and reassured that everything was going to be okay. "This was hands down one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. The staff were so polite, and the room was spacious (King Premium High Floor) by Japanese standards. Two people and 4 roller bags fit comfortably. My only complaint would be that the bed was very firm, but that’s just a personal preference. This hotel is very close to the Shibuya subway station, and we were able to get around the city very easily using this station as a base. 10/10 recommend this hotel if you’re looking for nice, clean, convenient accommodations in Tokyo."
