"Enjoyed my stay, super easy to walk to the train station, beautiful property and garden. Loved that the 7-eleven was in the property, super easy to get Yen and snacks. Great view of the city from the balcony. Staff was helpful and polite, always felt safe (solo traveler), this is a wonderful property will stay there again!"

"Part of a group of hotels from the same chain centred around an Japanese garden. The hotel was modern and very clean and is litterally across the road from the Shingawa station. Very convenient. Biggest complaint ws the glacial pace of the checkin process. Everything was paper based and it took forever to be checked in. On site restaurants were very expensive and better options available within a short walk. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay again if in the area"
