"Amazing day! The staff was the best part. We asked for an ice machine, but they don’t have them at hotels in Europe. A very nice staff member immediately helped us and ran and got us ice for our water bottles for the day. Went out of his way. Amazing place to stay!"

"Excellent breakfast! Comfortable spaces. There was a heatwave and wished we had air conditioning or a stronger fan. But it got cooler later in the week and we got acclimated. The shower nozzle would not stay up, so you had to handhold it while showering. Also, adjusting the water temperature and pressure was hard to control. Overall, however, we loved this place because the hospitality and kindness was impeccable!"
